A Slice of Affordable Housing for Seniors in Ontario may be Diminishing: Assessing the Impacts of Social Housing End Dates for Senior Projects
The Housing Services Corporation (HSC) in conjunction with the OMKN, has prepared a new report that outlines the looming growth of Ontario’s seniors population. The report outlines government programs and services for seniors, assesses the issue of seniors’ housing affordability in light of the ending of project level federal operating agreements and makes recommendations to governments and housing providers related to these issues.
